Philippa was also lovely to speak to and her 2 fab kids done the bar the next day at the pool party, they are a credit to her. Overall a fantastic wedding planner.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently attended one of Philippa's weddings in Casa Felix and it was absolutely breathtaking, every detail was beyond beautiful and represented the couple perfectly, I've never been to such an amazing place where every single aspect and minute of the day was clearly carefully considered and the whole wedding was stunning from start to finish. Philippa is incredible at what she does, I couldn't imagine a more perfect day ❤️

Philippa is quick to respond, gave the best suggestions, and has the best connections with vendors whom I also adored working with. Philippa is also very transparent when it came to budgeting which helped me so much. She has so much wisdom in the wedding industry as she has done this for 20 years! Experiencia fantástica: Philippa is an incredibly talented wedding planner and florist. She knows the town of Sitges well and has strong local connections that make planning a wedding helpful. She knew the wedding venue Casa Felix very well and made planning from afar reassuring. She is calm under pressure, flexible and fun to work with, which made wedding day a breeze. Even when we had to change everything the morning of the wedding due to rain, she clearly communicated options and then executed quickly. Her assistant Adam was very helpful, making a last minute grocery run and staying through the end of event to make sure guests got on the shuttles. I would work with Philippa and her team again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a destination wedding in Spain.

Experiencia positiva: Philippa was the coordinator of our wedding at Almiral de la Font in September 2024 and the wedding day itself was absolutely perfect. There was a little bit of stress leading up to the event of course, but Philippa was able to handle everything! No mishaps - everything went as planned and I'm very grateful for that.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently attended a wedding for a friend in Stiges at Masia Casa Del Mar. everything was fantastic and extremely professional. Bus was arranged for guests to arrive ~30 min prior to the ceremony. Things moved so smoothly for the ~55 guests in attendance. The venue, food, flowers, music, drinks were all perfect! Adam was particularly wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!!

We got married at the Beautiful Casa Felix, and we met there upon booking her and the venue, so she really was a huge help to us from the very beginning. On the last few weeks, running up to the wedding and on the day, especially Pip Really brought everything together. She acted as a middleman to our suppliers, She kept everyone in check, ensuring the timeline was going to plan, she catered to all of my requests with no questions asked and really understood and equally loved my vision that I had for the day She supplied the most gorgeous decorations and flowers for the day itself. Experiencia fantástica: Do yourself, and your wedding, a favor and hire Philippa as your planner! In a little over a year and a half, she helped my husband and I plan to most magical day of our lives. Even from across the ocean, she ensured that our destination wedding planning ran just as smoothly as if we were planning in our own back yard. We initially chose Pip because of her calm and optimistic demeanor. She grounded us with a list of high quality vendors and even helped us vet individuals we had found on our own. While it’s hard to for a type A person like myself to trust someone else with the large and small details - Pip delivered. On the wedding day itself I did not have to think about one thing. There were no vendors coming to me with questions, Philippa and her wonderful assistant Adam had it handled and everything ran like clock work (at least from the wedding parties POV!). It was truly the best day of our lives and Philippa helped make that a reality. She will always have a special place in our hearts for that reason!

Experiencia fantástica: ALL THE YES!!! BOOK HER!!! About us We are a couple from the US who decided to get married in Spain. Neither of us had been to Spain and would not be traveling to Spain until the week before the wedding. All that to say, that we gave Pip the keys to the kingdom and said, "make it happen". Pip has an exhaustive list of vendors with whom she has forged amazing relationships and trusts implicitly. She recommends people to you based on the style of wedding you express you want. We both knew we wanted a small, low key, whimsical wedding in an outdoor space. We chose our space prior to signing on with her, but she was excited to work with us at our chosen venue. We did all of our wedding planning with us in the USA and with her in Spain. We set up online meeting times with her and reviewed our progress in the months and weeks leading up. She would exchange pictures and links to those who she felt would mesh best with what we described. We then made selections based on that. From DJ, photographer, catering, floral, table settings, etc, she guided us through all of it. I assume if you're in Spain or anywhere else she works this doesn't apply to you. But know that we had our dream come true from abroad with 10000% faith put in her......and she nailed it!!! Once in country, we met in person and it was amazing. She is so energetic and fun. We had many wonderful exchanges over WhatsApp but meeting her in person is a fantastic experience. She met us at the venue, with our photographer the day before the wedding to walk through where things could/should be set up, pic opportunities, and plan B if weather interferes (which it did). The wedding day was more than we could even comprehend. We literally just showed up in wedding dresses and had the best day ever. No stress, no fuss. She steered us here and there, asked if we wanted to move to plan B due to weather and we did. It caused minimal delays as she was already set up for it. We had the best day night ever and our guests are still talking about it! Everyone Pip sent us to for our vendors were top notch. She is a force and a professional. At the end of it all we left Sitges, Spain with the most amazing wedding day as a memory and a friend. She's a gem of a human and a BOSS of a coordinator. WITHOUT RESERVATION OR HESITATION, YES!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We reached out to Philippa at the very beginning of our wedding planning process and she was extremely helpful from the outset. We had our wedding at the beautiful Almiral de la Font in Sitges and it was clear from the outset that Philippa had a great relationship with the venue owners and the various vendors we selected and so we knew we had nothing to be concerned about. Philippa also did all of our flowers for the big day which turned out exactly how we asked for and were absolutely stunning. Do not think twice about hiring her, she took so much stress off Chris and myself, she set up the whole day perfectly, keep me in the loop and made the most beautiful flowers. We had a few problems with the villa that we had perviously hired before hiring Philippa, she tried to best to sort the problem but in the end the villa was less than helpful, Philippa jumped into action and came up with only solutions and took all the stress off myself. My husband and I were so fortunate to be in the hands of such a professional and wonderful wedding planner, especially since we were coordinating from across the Atlantic Ocean. My wedding truly looked like a fairytale. From beginning to end, Pip stayed on top of everything, handling anything that came up so we could just focus on having a fantastic wedding weekend. I recommend her a million times over. Anyone who is planning to get married in Barcelona, should 100% work with Philippa Events. Pip’s eye for design and talent in picking the best of the best vendors exceeded any expectations. Her vendor recommendation list is pure gold. She has a perfectly curated list of the most astounding vendors covering every aspect and more you can think of with respect to a wedding. The most stressful part of the whole wedding planning process for my husband and me was deciding which vendors to go with from her list, because they all were incredible. Every vendor not only delivered high quality service but also were amazing to work with. We nicknamed her the Queen because she’s gracious, posh, pose, and can lay the hammer down when you need her to. Cheers to Queen Pip! There were a lot of logistics involved because it was a destination wedding with several events to coordinate and 80 people attending from overseas, but she handled them all effortlessly. She was also mindful of cost and what is reasonable to ensure we were comfortable with respect to budget. She kept us up to speed on customs, culture, and expectations with having a wedding in Spain. A few people might describe me as a control freak or micro-manager, but I felt so comfortable with Pip and trusted her throughout the process. Even when we were slow to respond to her with various planning and preparation details, she maintained a calm and confident demeanor and helped us get everything accomplished. I never had to stress or deal with hassles, as Pip was always on top of everything especially the day of when the only road to the Villa was shut down for a marathon. Almost every single person told me, my wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to! It was romantic, beautiful, and reminded everyone that love conquers all. We wish that we could do it all again! Thank you so much, Pip, we will be forever grateful!

Experiencia fantástica: We can't thank Philippa enough for helping us plan the wedding of our dreams! Living in the UK, it was initially a little daunting contemplating a celebration for 120 people in Spain. Philippa came recommend by a friend and immediately put us at ease with her experience, knowledge and professionalism. We first met in Sitges for a coffee to talk though our vision and ideas. Philippa was fantastic at helping us start to put a plan together, beginning with a tour of suggested venues. From then on, we were in constant contact, with recommendations for caterers, music, photographers, florists....you name it, Philippa could make it happen! Speaking the local language was also a huge help and meant we had support for any tricky supplier discussions. On the day itself Philippa was incredible at taking charge with her no-nonsense approach to keeping everyone on track and on time. With a jam-packed schedule that even included a surprise performance from a RuPaul's Drag Race contestant, Philippa took it all in her stride and made us feel reassured and calm. If you're getting married in Spain then we can't recommend Philippa highly enough!!

Experiencia fantástica: Having booked and planned the bulk of our wedding, we were unsure if we really needed a coordinator for the final details. We are SO GLAD that we decided to work with Pip. We booked her month-of package and it was worth every penny. There were a lot of game day decisions that she had to make and I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about these things while getting ready. We also hired Pip as our florist and we were so happy with how it all turned out. We asked for summery, easy-going, colorful vibes and she really delivered! Our goal was to feel like a guest at our own wedding and in the end I don’t think I’ve ever been this relaxed at ANY wedding, even as a guest! Pip made sure we had the wedding of our dreams!
