Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, we could not recommend them enough. We had a 3 day wedding in two languages, hosting people from all over the world, and me and my husband are slight control freaks - they've made the entire wedding planning experience so easy, and hasslefree, we're immensely grateful. They gave us advice when we asked for it, they jumped onboard with our ideas, they let us know about best practice when we needed help understanding how things worked. Moments were there during every single event of the 3-day weekend, they were kind to our families, endlessly gracious to us, and overall created a wedding that us and our guests only have good words for. Their knowledge of the industry (suppliers, décor, exclusive locations etc.) gives you the upper hand at planning an unforgettable event. Experiencia negativa: We booked Moments to do the on-the-day wedding coordination. There were serious things that went wrong, which is a nightmare for a bride! 1. The woman, who was in charge for our wedding, already was pregnant when she accepted this job; she only told us 3 months before and left the company 1 week before the wedding. Her assistant, who never replied to one single email for over 7 months took over. Three days before the wedding the assistant sprained her leg (we only knew, because we called them!) and handed the entire wedding-coordination over to one of the founders, who apparently had no idea about our wedding, obviously was not interested in doing this job, and also gave very cheeky answers. They barely apologised. Extremely unprofessional. 2. We wanted to book a service with one of their suppliers, but the price was too high and we declined the offer. The supplier all of a sudden offered us a cheaper price... Why was the price even higher before? 3. On the wedding day the night coordinator asked me to help and coordinate the shuttles and to call taxis for our guests... This is a 100% NO-GO!!! Why do you think we booked an on-the-day/night-coordination service with you?? As a bride/ groom you don't want to waste a single second for such banal things like this, especially if the shuttle service was a supplier from you!! 4. I had to tell the wedding planer (cofounder) to move the guestbook out of the rain. 5. A phone got stolen, which some weeks later got located in Serbia. We are 100% sure that nobody from our guests took this phone. Also all the beauty products from the toilets, which were organised by Moments and which had a cleaning lady hired by Moments, got stolen as well. Moments never reacted, or excused for this. What we liked: The first woman always answered very quickly and she also had good ideas and helped with decisions, I really liked her. The woman who managed the church coordination was very nice. They have a great taste. Their flower decoration was beautiful!!! Nevertheless these positive points don't compensate the mistakes and partly unprofessional manner they displayed. For a bride, her wedding is one of the most important days in her life - everything has to run smooth and as perfect as possible. ESPECIALLY if you hand it over to a wedding planer.

Experiencia negativa: Be careful with service providers recommended by them. It feels like they pick a cheap unprofessional provider who doesn't do the job properly just because they're buddies with them, and then they charge you a premium price (rather than the usual markup) and take a massive cut for themselves. When we confronted them the response from the agency's boss was that they won't discuss this with us which we thought was very arrogant. Otherwise did an ok job with on the day coordination. Still don't get how anyone can give them a 5 star rating.
