Experiencia fantástica: Planning a destination wedding for 100 people in Spain from Canada is a daunting task... from the first conversation with Darina, we felt very comfortable and she and the team at The Planner Co took care of literally everything. Selecting the venue (which was amazing), the vendors (there were a few...), flowers, decor, guest gifts, signage, food, transportation for 100 people, DJ and sound - everything was absolutely flawless. The attention to detail was meticulous. Most importantly, the weekend-long event went off without a hitch and was the most amazing wedding any of our guests have ever attended. Also - the complex financial management of the whole event was handled perfectly and kept us on budget! They executed our dream wedding and there is no way we could have done it without them. Experiencia fantástica: We had a brilliant time planning our wedding with The Planner Co. We truly recommend them and really enjoyed our wedding thanks to them! From meeting Claudia right at the start, to the rest of the team (Aura and Darina), and most importantly, Marina our wedding planner - we couldn't have asked for a more organised, friendly, and thorough team to plan our wedding with Marina went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the wedding were beautiful and made the planning process a breeze for us. Experiencia fantástica: From end to end, we could not have had a better experience. From the first call with Claudia, to having Darina take over and start the whole process, to the check in calls and flying over from the site visit, to the lead up and actually events, it felt so easy and calming to have ThePlannerCo assisting with everything. We are from Atlanta and had help with about a 115 person wedding and other events. Darina was so amazing. Always giving options but with recommendations. Always having fun with everything, but pushing to choose before we got behind. The actual wedding day I’ve never seen such level of service for a bride and groom. We felt like royalty all day and it was because of them. If you ever are looking to get married abroad, feel free to reach out to ask other questions! It was a bit of an overwhelming experience trying to find a planner, but once we talked with Claudia and explained the process; it became exciting quickly.

We had the absolute pleasure of working closely with Marina and Claudia throughout our planning process - and they made the experience comfortable, straightforward and such a joy. They helped us from the very beginning with venue searches, to spending three days with us for the wedding. If your wondering if you need a planner, this team brought our dreams to life with the most amazing suppliers. They provided multiple vendors for each category that was presented with all the info you need to make your decisions. They handled all communication and set up meetings with vendors to make it a more personal experience. We stayed for a week with our friends and family in a villa, and they were willing to help guide us for items and events unrelated to the pre wedding and wedding. They went above and beyond to helping us, ran errands the day before the wedding, and were more than planners to us We so enjoyed our time working with this team, they made our wedding so special and we are so grateful for them. Experiencia fantástica: We got married in June this year in Spain (we live abroad in Ireland). We knew we wanted to have our wedding in Spain, but we didn’t really have any intention of hiring a wedding planner abroad to assist us (how silly of us!). After not having any luck finding the right venue we reached out to the The Planner Co (mostly because their showcased aesthetic was amazing). It was the best decision we ever made. Initially we only wanted assistance finding the right venue, but working with them on this project solidified us wanting them on board for the whole journey. They helped us find the most perfect venue of our dreams, and every planning process there-after was so seamless. They constantly went above and beyond for us from the very beginning. Claudia, Darina and Marina are a dream team, I could say a million wonderful things about them. It was the best money spent for our wedding - especially with us being abroad, we definitely would not of been able to have anything close to as special as the day we had, if we didn’t have the Planner Co with us. Our wedding was three days, and each day was just as magical as the main event. Experiencia fantástica: The Planner Co deserves all the stars in the universe for how well they planned our 4-day/3-night, multi-location wedding weekend. From venue selection to all the small little details like candles on the table, we did not have to worry about a single thing because we knew they had it under control. Everyone says that you need to prepare for at least a few things going wrong during a wedding. Considering ours was a multi-day event, we figured we would have at least one hiccup per day. We had not a single thing go wrong. Everything was planned and coordinated so well that all we had to do was sit back, enjoy, and focus on spending these special moments with our closest family and friends. Experiencia fantástica: After collaborating with Claudia, Marina and the team for over a year on my daughter's 200-guest wedding last weekend in Menorca, saying thank you and good-bye is almost painful! I had fired a first wedding planner for unresponsiveness and happened to find The Planner Co. through an online search. Very quickly, I saw they ticked all our boxes: immediately responding to emails and organizing regular check-ins (excellent Zoom meetings with a prepared agenda); coming up with original ideas when asked, but also entirely respecting and executing our vision; ensuring suppliers responded in a timely manner (a real challenge) and keeping a close eye on the budget; and of course doing a masterful job of keeping everything on schedule during the events (I suspect they never sleep). They use technology when appropriate (including clever wedding planning software which allowed my daughter and me to keep track of budget, payment schedules, and guest information in real time) yet always give you their full attention with great warmth. As I was unfamiliar with Menorca and Spanish customs, and don't speak the language, The Planner Co. was a Godsend. If you expect highly organized, efficient yet lovely and friendly service, look no further.

They helped us plan the most magical wedding as well as pre-wedding and post-wedding events! Experiencia fantástica: We were lucky to have the wedding of our dreams (and beyond) and it all started by a very wise decision - working with The Planner Co. As a couple from two different countries who didn't live in the country where we were going to do the wedding, their help was absolutely invaluable. We met 5 different wedding planners and The Planner Co blew us away from the first moment. To us, not only was it a practical decision, it also elevated our wedding to another level and was an investment on our own mental health and peace of mind! What was incredible was that, as much as they always brought us many different and wonderful options for suppliers, their first option was always the one that we ended up choosing - which proves how much they got to know us. Also, whilst they were resourceful and creative, they helped us make the right decisions and were firm with us when they had to. For us, they weren't just wedding planners, but friends. We were a true team of 5 and we wouldn't change our decision. If anything, we are sad we dont get to work with them anymore!

The Planner Co. were a huge part of that, they took all our stresses away and sorted anything random request we came up with. They even managed to get us a smoke gun for our first (dance) DJ set and McDonalds for our midnight snack before all our guests left. Experiencia fantástica: Hiring Claudia and Marina was the best decision we made for our wedding! We started working with them over a year before our wedding, living in Madrid but wanting a week-long wedding in Barcelona, and were nervous that the distance combined with covid restrictions would make planning difficult. We had absolutely nothing to worry about - Claudia and Marina made the whole process so much easier! They gave us multiple great options for every choice of supplier, and we never had to negotiate or coordinate with the suppliers directly; Claudia and Marina took care of everything. Throughout the whole process, they were both extremely responsive, organized, and accommodating, making sure every detail of the week turned out exactly the way we wanted it. The wedding ended up being the best week of our lives, thanks to all the hard work of Claudia and Marina to sure everything went smoothly. Even all-day thunderstorms on the day of our outdoor ceremony and party couldn't ruin anything - they had an indoor backup plan ready, and it might have turned out even better that way. I can't recommend the two of them enough!

My wedding was in mid-September 2022 in Barcelona, and we could not have asked for better planners than Claudia and Marina! We worked with them for over a year, and I literally have zero complaints. They are hyper-organized, kind, attentive, and handled every detail. I never had to communicate with a vendor or deal with an issue myself. We had a five-day event, and it went just as we hoped thanks to their planning!
