Her attention to detail was fantastic and she was able to connect us with brilliant suppliers in Mallorca - something we would have really struggled to do on our own. The highlight for us was the wedding day co-ordination that Sarah and Angie provided, it was absolutely flawless. The entire day ran smoothly and their hard work meant that we could fully relax and enjoy our special day. We would definitely recommend Amapola if you’re looking for someone to plan your wedding in Mallorca!

Experiencia fantástica: We had the most special wedding weekend last September and the wedding day itself went off without a hitch due to Sarah and her team. From my first phone conversation with Sarah I knew she would be perfect to support us with the on the day co-ordination. We had a lot of the planning already in place prior to working with Sarah, however she was key for giving us additional advice and suggestions based on her expertise. We had a lot of questions and really valued Sarahs knowledge, she was always patient with us throughout the process. If you are looking for a wedding planner I would absolutely recommend working with Sarah, our day would not have been the success that it was without her guidance and support! After speaking to a few planners, we instantly connected with Sarah - she brought a confident, calm and reassuring presence that made us feel like we were in good hands from the start. From our first meeting, both Sarah and Amanda struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, which made us feel at ease and genuinely excited about the process ahead. We especially appreciated the help with structuring the itinerary, something that felt overwhelming at first, but Sarah guided us through it with such clarity and ease. With over 80 guests, multiple moving parts, and lots of little details to manage, Amapola handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes. Their coordination with our vendors was efficient and their support allowed us to stay fully present and enjoy every moment of the day. On the day, they felt more like friends than planners, we felt completely comfortable being ourselves and letting every emotion show (especially when I’d had enough of my high heels!). Our friends and family still talk about how relaxed, joyful and beautifully executed the celebration felt. Experiencia fantástica: It is hard to know where to start when thinking about how much of an impact Sarah had on our wedding day but I can honestly say I do not know what we would have done without her and her amazing team. Planning a wedding in a different country is daunting and even more so when we had been lied to and conned out of thousands of pounds by our original wedding planners - (avoid Wonder Weddings Mallorca at all costs). This left us feeling so disheartened and made us very apprehensive about which suppliers we could actually trust. Thankfully our caterers highly recommended Sarah and she literally came to our rescue. From our very first zoom call Sarah's warmth and professionalism, not to mention her vast knowledge of the Island and her connections with amazing suppliers, instilled so much confidence. Sarah's attention to detail and organisation is second to none and these qualities are absolutely essential when planning a wedding overseas. It also helped that she was a fellow Northener, so down to earth and she showed so much passion and genuinely cared about making it a day that truly represented us. It was the best day of our lives and Amapola played a huge part in making it so perfect. The day itself was an absolute dream, everything ran seamlessly from start to finish thanks to Sarah and her team. So many of our guests commented on how fantastic they were. We feel so lucky to have had her alongside us and our only regret is not finding her sooner, it would have saved us a lot of stress and tears! Experiencia fantástica: Sarah is an amazing planner. She recently planned a wedding at our venue, Finca Sa Casa Bona and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has an extremely calming and stress free energy which is what every couple needs for their big day. She is extremely likeable, has amazing social and communication skills. She makes everything fun and light but at the same time being extremely professional. The wedding she planned at our venue was really stunning, so 10 points for style and aesthetics as well. Experiencia fantástica: I had such a fun time working with Sarah and her team at Amapola at a wedding in the middle of the island in the dreamiest place in Mallorca. As a celebrant who is there for the first part of your wedding day, it's a relief to arrive and see the professionals at work. This last wedding where Sarah was the WP was pretty huge, 22 kids too, no less! And she was cool, calm and collected throughout. It's such an important event that you need someone that is experienced, has the right relationships, and is on top of everything, but also gives you the autonomy you need. I had a Fiancé, a venue, and desperately needed help with planning a small wedding in Mallorca for forty guests. Then I had the blessing of finding Sarah and Amapola Bride! Sarah immediately took control and had the unique creative vision to help see the wedding we envisaged but didn't know how to create. Sarah understood exactly what to do, and had ideas, and an energetic enthusiasm to start creating our dream wedding. She managed to think of every detail however big or small, and knew exactly what to do. Experiencia fantástica: Sarah and her assistant Amanda were a great help on the day of our wedding. There were a lot of moving parts which we left in their very capable hands. Our only regret is not booking them to plan the whole thing! During the few calls we had with Sarah before the wedding, she was so reassuring and helped to ease the pressure we were feeling as the day got closer. We also had a big issue one week before our wedding day. She was on top of it and we knew we could trust her to get it sorted - which she did! We can't recommend Sarah and her team enough!
