Experiencia fantástica: Wir haben es sehr genossen mit Karolina unsere Hochzeit zu planen. Wir leben in der Schweiz und wollten in Barcelona unsere Hochzeit feiern. Weiterhin haben wir ein kleines Baby und mein Mann ist selbstständig. Eine ausführliche Planung ist uns nur durch Karolina gelungen. Sie hat genau gewusst was wir wollten ohne ihr gross etwas zu erklären. Sie ist offen, liebevoll und super lustig. Wer kein Match mit ihr ist, naja den muss man erst mal finden haha. Die Planung war so entspannt das man sich teilweise schon fragt ob das wirklich sein kann. Wir mussten nur einmal nach Barcelona reisen sonst ist alles über Email und calls geplant worden. Am Tag der Hochzeit war alles super organisiert und einfach wunderschön. Uns war es wichtig unsere Hochzeit geniessen zu können und genau diesen Wunsch hat uns Karolina erfüllt. Vielen Dank nochmal Karolina für alles was du für uns gemacht hast. Ich werde diesen Tag nie vergessen und meinen Enkeln davon erzählen!

All of the important details were taken care of from start to finish, and we were so impressed by the way the whole day turned out. She made the planning process simple by providing us with lists of vendors after we communicated what we pictured for our special day. From the initial call, we knew Karolina would be direct and to the point, and would make sure that we got what we asked and paid for from each vendor, and was honest with us about any of our ideas that she didn't see as feasible or optimal. Her personality makes it so you can really tell that she cares about the couples she works with and wants the process to be as fun and exciting as possible. Experiencia fantástica: Karolina is an amazing wedding planner and person. She made my fairy tale wedding dreams all come true. There were so many special moments on the day of the wedding that went smooth all because of her. I was planning the wedding in Spain from California and I would have been lost without her. She knew all the best vendors and has great relationships with them. I told her I wanted a horse drawn carriage. It was not easy to fine but she made it happen! Thank you for everything Karolina! Experiencia fantástica: Karolina planned our wedding in Barcelona last summer in July 2022. We had such an amazing experience with her and would not change a thing. She listened to all our preferences and made sure all the details that we wanted were captured on our big day. With Karolina as your wedding planner you are certainly in good hands, she made the whole process of selecting and working with vendors extremely easy and stress free. We had a total of 75 guests and danced the night away! On the wedding day we felt at ease knowing that Karolina was there for us handling all the details. Her work behind the scenes on the big day felt like magic when we saw it all come together!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so happy to have found Wedding Stories and was one of the best investment we made for the wedding. Everything about our wedding was perfection, our guests are still talking about it letting us know it's the "best wedding they've been to". We had visioned our wedding to be with the least amount of florals as possible since we're both allergic. We weren't sure what we can really do since most of the photos on pinterest are typically filled with flowers. Karolina gave us options and gave us lots of ideas on what we can do. We decided on a fruit table and she would give us her honest opinion on what would look great. I can't say enough good things about her timeline/scheduling...everything was perfect. She knew exactly how much time to leave in between each event so we weren't rushed. I got time to hang out with my bridesmaids when getting ready, got to sit down and eat food, enjoy time with my guests etc. She was also amazing at being flexible with our time zone difference. Since we live in NY she would respond to us even if it was late at night in Barcelona. Thank you, Karolina for being there for one of the biggest day of our lives. We were completely stress free because of you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Never without the amazing Karolina. She was the first and (after our first chat) the only wedding planner that we spoke to, after we decided to get married in Barcelona. From the beginning, Karolina was always there for us... ....picking napkins, chairs and tables,.... ....amazing menu tastings (we had so much fun together)..... .....coordinating with every supplier.... ....visiting the location, not just once.... ....on our big day...... We were never worried or stressed out because we knew that Karolina was there. Every single detail was well thought through and just amazing. Experiencia fantástica: Karolina is nothing short of fantastic! Beyond being an amazing wedding planner, I consider her a friend. When my husband and I decided we wanted to get married in Barcelona, I immediately reached out to several wedding planners. Karolina was the first to reply and was the most on the ball, which is what I was looking for in a wedding planner. From the moment we Skyped with her I knew that was it and we didn’t need to look any further. She organized everything, gave us enough options but didn’t overwhelm us and took care of literally EVERYTHING. My husband had endless questions and requests and she was always patient (more so than me lol). All the vendors she works with are fantastic too which is a testament to Karolina’s wonderful relationships with them! My husband was worried about being able to integrate his Syrian traditions with my American ones, but Karolina pulled it off and always made really wonderful suggestions and was sensitive and accommodating to the differences in culture. Our wedding day was flawless and even despite the threat of rain, Karolina handled the last minute changes easily! I couldn’t have asked for a better and more perfect day, nor a better wedding planner!

Experiencia fantástica: We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Barcelona Wedding Stories. We live in New York and wanted to get married in Barcelona and knew we needed a wedding planner. I had video chatted with a few other wedding planners in Barcelona, and Karolina was the only one who was willing to work with our budget. Other planners I spoke with suggested we make a higher budget. From the beginning Karolina was very organized and always made herself available, via email, Whatsapp, and video chat. She helped us keep everything organized and when we arrived in Barcelona, she immediately met with us to go over all the wedding details, etc. The wedding day itself went perfectly. Karolina was at our wedding from start to finish. She even went to meet our guests at our pick up location and loaded them on the buses to ensure the transportation went smoothly. She stayed with our planned schedule for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, etc., but never made our guests feel rushed. We were stress free on the day of our wedding because Karolina was so organized and on top of everything. We are so happy with the services she provided and would recommend her to anyone. Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Karolina for our wedding in Cunit in June 2018, and could not have been happier with the level of personalized service that Wedding Stories provided from start to finish. We originally consulted with Karolina over a year before our event, and she immediately got to work on planning our wedding, diligently working to incorporate all the elements that we were looking for and presenting us always with a variety of diverse options to consider. Over the year that we worked with her, she managed a reasonable schedule of time to select our other various vendors that ensured that we always had options but never were overwhelmed when weighing them. In organizing the event according to our wishes, Karolina was always available to answer any questions or make any modifications and promptly informed us of any and all relevant information to consider. When we visited Barcelona a few months before our wedding, Karolina spent a day with us as we selected furniture, plating, lighting and AV services, and as we tasted food/wine. Her attention to detail in helping to present us with options that fit our theme and personalities saved us a lot of time in the short window of time that we spent visiting the city in preparation for our event. On the day of the event, she took care of all organization at our venue – giving us time to relax with our families and friends and get ready ahead of the ceremony and removing much of the stress associated with such an undertaking. We cannot thank her enough for all the work that she did in preparation for and at our wedding. She truly made it a beautiful success for us and our guests, and we would strongly recommend Wedding Stories to anybody looking to host a wedding or other event in the Barcelona-area!

Experiencia fantástica: What an amazing experience! Living in Los Angeles, but wanting to get married in Barcelona, we were worried that we were getting in over our heads. Over the time of almost 2 years, Karolina helped guide us through everything we needed to know about getting married in Spain. Not only was everything perfect, but she also made it seem easy, and always had an aire of calm about her. Experiencia fantástica: When my wife and I decided to get married in Barcelona, we searched for a wedding planner who would be a good fit for us. After video conferencing with a few local companies, we decided to work with Barcelona Wedding Stories and didn’t regret it. Karolina did a great job at laying out options for everything (venue, food, transportation, third-party vendors, etc). She kept us regularly updated along the way and met with my wife in Barcelona a few months before the wedding, having arranged a venue visit, tasting, hair/makeup trial, and a meeting with the florist. On the big day, she handled everything professionally. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the food excellent and everything went perfectly. I would recommend Karolina without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding in the Barcelona area.

Experiencia fantástica: Planning a destination wedding in Spain seemed impossible and out of reach for us, until we met Karolina. From start to finish, she surpassed all of our expectations. Our special day was a dream come true, thanks to her to impeccable wedding planning skills. From the big things to the tiniest details, everything was perfect! All this, with less than a year to pull it together! I now refer to her as a magician. I don't know how she does what she does-- but she's amazing. Experiencia fantástica: We first didn't plan to hire a wedding planner but with Karolina we got so lucky that I'm glad we found her. She found the perfect location after our original one fell through. She has great taste and intuition what would be right for our wedding, made great recommendations, was flexible yet super on point and swung a last minute rain situation with grace, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Besides, she's a wonderful person and we enjoyed every minute we spent with her! We can only recommend working with her!
