Experiencia fantástica: On 25 June 2025, we had our wedding at ‘Hacienda na Xemena’. We started looking for a wedding planner almost 1.5 years before. It was one of the bridesmaids who found ‘Ibiza Wedding Venues’ on Instagram and told us to contact them. You can not imagine how happy we are that we did that! We came in contact with Daniella, the owner of ‘Ibiza Wedding Venues’. Since the first time we have met through Facetime, we had a good feeling about working with Daniella. And we haven’t regretted that decision ever since. What a lovely and really understandable person you are, Daniella! It is clear that you really love what you do, and it’s your mission to make our wedding as wonderful as possible for us. There was literally no moment during this 1.5 years of planning that we doubted our decision to work with you. We can’t imagine that we would have to do all that work without you. Nothing was too much for you, and you gave us really good advice on every part of the wedding. At some point it started to feel like we were talking to a close friend instead of a stranger taking care of planning our wedding. You did a wonderful job, and you really thought about everything. We had the best day of our lives and we couldn’t have done it, in this way, without you. Also the people you work with, for example the photographers, were amazing. It was clear you’ve been working together a lot, because you supported each other, and it just felt like one big family was working at our wedding. On the day itself you also managed perfectly. There hasn’t been one moment that wasn’t right or couldn’t be fixed in a split second. Daniela, words can’t describe how thankful we are for having you as our wedding planner! For us, you are the best and keep doing what you are doing, and you are going to make a lot more people as happy as we are right now. So for those who are looking for a wedding planner on Ibiza, don’t hesitate and contact ‘Ibiza Wedding Venues’ right away! We can assure you, you won’t regret it!!

Experiencia fantástica: We reached out to Daniela when we were visiting Ibiza to scope out some wedding venues. From the very moment - Daniela was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Daniela met us for an initial coffee to meet and discuss wedding ideas/plans (something we found any other wedding planner was unwilling to do until you had signed up with them - which wasn't for us as we wanted to know we clicked with our planner first). After choosing out venue, we signed up with Daniela and we are so glad we did! Daniela was so helpful with recommendations of all vendors and also put up with my controlling nature at times.... (sorry hehe). We met Daniela a few times throughout the process (for our tasting menu and when over in Barcelona) which was great to have regular catch-up's. We also had a couple of zoom calls and lot's of emails and whatsapp's. One the actual day - Daniela was unbelievable! we basically landed a suitcase filled with DIY decor on her to use and she pulled it out the bag, making our venue look exactly how we wanted. The day ran so smoothly and this was all down to Daniela and her team! Thank you so much again! Sad we don't have as regular catch-up's anymore but look forward to catching up when we are next over in Ibiza. The Gallaghers x

Experiencia fantástica: Where do we begin! … From the moment I first FaceTimed Daniela I knew she just instantly understood my vision and how I wanted to create our dream wedding. We instantly connected and I knew there was no other wedding planner for us. Daniela was there for us 24/7. Because we have a young baby , I would sometimes message her at 10pm at night but would always get a reply. She arranged venue viewings for us , food tasting at our chosen venue , and then finally supported us all through our special day. She made everything so smooth and stress free, and stayed with us right until the end. Daniela applies no pressure for payment for her services her focus is to make sure the wedding is perfect. Daniela put us in contact with amazing suppliers in Ibiza , all in which contributed to our perfect special day. Daniela quickly searched some properties for us, who checked all the boxes. From start to finish, Daniela made everything incredibly smooth and easy. All our communication with her was fast and helpful. She was always ready to assist us with every question we had. Planning a destination wedding was sometimes not that easy. but with Daniela by our side, everything felt manageable. We did a location visit twice, and both visits were perfectly organized by Daniela. We had complete trust in her. Daniela is not only professional but also an incredibly warm and welcoming woman. Daniela had been simply amazing with us and she is so talented. If I had to get married again I’ll choose her for sure (I hope it will not arrive anyway ahaha). Having been in the wedding industry myself for a number of years and having 2 years to plan what I wanted , my expectations were very high .
