Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to Natalia to help me plan my proposal in Mallorca, being from the United States and having poor spanish skills I was worried about setting everything up but Natalia was amazing and had everything go so smoothly! The photos turned out great, we had the whole venue to ourselves for a private proposal, and the violinist was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I reached out to Natalia before my partner and I were arriving in Mallorca for a 2 week holiday. I had explained what we were looking for in a wedding venue and wanted to see if she could arrange some visits while we were there. There was one venue in particular we were desperate to see and Natalia said she would see if she could book a visit. I heard nothing at all while we were in Mallorca and she even ignored my follow up messages. I wouldn’t ever want to work with a wedding / events planner who doesn’t reply

Experiencia fantástica: I met Natalia Ortiz a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Weddings and Events by Natalia Ortiz to help me plan our dream day. From our first meeting with Natalia I knew we'd be in good hands. She has unbelievable knowledge of the Wedding industry and knows all the best suppliers. She teamed us up with people she just knew we would love and would work well within our theme. Natalia was always there with me every step of the way. We asked her to plan our day and also manage the actual wedding day. Her planning is so precise and incredible. She works so hard to make sure her couples have the best most stress free day. Our wedding took around 8 months to plan and I don't think I could of done it with her. She was my planner but is also now a friend. We had such a laugh, she helped chill me out, made amazing suggestions within our theme and also made sure absolutely everything was perfect All our guests said that they have never been to such a we'll planned and seamless wedding. She took care of everything. If you are thinking of hiring a Wedding planner then please let it be Natalia Ortiz. She will ensure you have the day of your dreams with minimum stress or worry.

Experiencia negativa: Elegimos a este proveedor porque necesitábamos una organizadora de bodas que hablara inglés. En nuestra conversación inicial dejamos claro nuestro presupuesto y expectativas, nos enviaron un desglose de los diferentes aspectos de la boda para asegurarnos que se cumpliría el presupuesto. Después de ese presupuesto inicial, las cosas se nos fueron de las manos. Cualquier opción que se nos mostraba estaba completamente por encima de su propio presupuesto inicial, cualquier aspecto que necesitaba algo de atención seguía añadiéndose al presupuesto, no había flexibilidad ni voluntad de adaptar o reutilizar cosas, todo eran "añadidos". Sabíamos que estas cosas pasan y siempre acaba costando más, por ello les dimos un presupuesto inferior al que podíamos permitirnos, y aún así acabamos duplicando con creces "su" presupuesto (el doble de lo acordado inicialmente). Y sólo porque encontramos algunas alternativas y proveedores que nos ofrecían lo que queríamos por un precio más barato para ayudar a compensar con "invitaciones, video..." (lo que significaba que teníamos que hacer su trabajo si queríamos mantener el coste bajo control). Margarita hizo que mi mujer se sintiera culpable por no "preocuparse" por algunos de los extras que no eran importantes para nosotros y que disparaban el presupuesto. ("¿Qué clase de novia eres?" no es algo que esperes oír de una profesional). Los días previos a la ceremonia fueron estresantes debido a las condiciones meteorológicas y, una vez más, se limitaron a ofrecer alternativas o "soluciones" que añadían miles de euros a un evento que ya duplicaba el presupuesto. El día de la boda, fue de chiste. Yo (el novio) tuve a mi padre y a mi padrino de arriba y abajo asegurándonos de que las cosas estuvieran en su sitio y listas para cuando llegaran los invitados, hasta el punto de ser yo quien le iba diciendo a la organizadora de bodas qué cosas había que hacer. Lo que hizo que llegar tarde a empezar a prepararme y tuve que hacer esperar al fotógrafo y el videógrafo para mi sesión de fotos. ¡SU TELÉFONO SONÓ DURANTE LA CEREMONIA! Durante la hora del cóctel, mientras los invitados celebraban y a nososotros nos hacíann las fotos, no nos dieron nada de comer ni de beber ni se preparó un plato reservado para nosotros en ningún momento (algo que siempre he visto en todas las demás bodas a las que he ido). Para nuestra entrada como marido y mujer antes de la cena, una vez llegamos a la mesa esperábamos que nos trajera el micro para dar la bienvenida a nuestros invitados y dar el pistoletazo de salida a la cena, pero no estaba por ningún lado y tuvimos que estar ahí de plantón con todos mirándonos hasta que acabó la canción. En general, como organizadora de eventos, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante y frustrante.

Experiencia fantástica: This review cannot do justice for how grateful we are for Weddings and Events by Natalia Ortiz. Their team is absolutely amazing and gave us the PERFECT wedding day! All of our guests agreed that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to, and it is all thanks to Weddings and Events by Natalia Ortiz. As Americans looking to do a destination wedding in Spain, we knew having the right wedding planner could make or break our wedding experience. We were worried about language/cultural barriers, planning everything virtually, and trusting someone we'd never met to plan one of the most important days of our lives. If you are having these same worries, we can promise you that Natalia's team are the people for you! We don't have a single bad word to say about our experience with them. A few things we want to highlight about with them: 1. Personalization - From the moment we reached out to Natalia's team, they made us feel heard and special. Other vendors we had emailed just sent us generic replies or started suggesting venues/vendors even though we hadn't met them or told them anything about what we were looking for. Natalia's team reached out to us and asked for a call to discuss what we were looking for. We had 2 introductory calls to go over questions/preferences before we even signed a contract with them. We were really impressed by the fact they wanted to get to know us as individuals and a couple before we decided to move forward together. This continued throughout the entire planning process. For example, if the first set of recommended vendors weren't what we wanted, they would always ask for our feedback and the next set of recommendations would be exactly what we were looking for. 2. Responsiveness - I also was very impressed by their responsiveness, especially when dealing with the time difference. Whether it be email or video calls, I always felt I had access to them without delay so we can check on status and make decisions quickly. 3. Day-of coordination: Although we had worked with one planner most of the planning process, they brought an additional coordinator and Natalia in as we go closer to the date. With all of our guests coming in from abroad, I really appreciated that they were accessible to not only us, but also our guests, in the days leading up to our wedding. They made sure everyone was able to easily and safely make it to the wedding! They also all were present the day of the wedding, which gave us assurance that the day would run smoothly. Even if something didn’t going exactly as planned, they were there to jump in and make sure the day ran smoothly. I want to give a special shoutout to Margarita who was our specific planner with Natalia's team. She was an absolute joy to work with and will forever hold a special place in our heart as the person that gave us the wedding of our dreams. We absolutely could have not done it without her. I recommend asking for Margarita when you reach out to Weddings and Events by Natalia Ortiz.

Aprendí mucho sobre la industria de bodas y eventos y tuve la oportunidad de organizar eventos, llamar clientes, escribir artículos, etc. El equipo fue muy amable y servicial. Natalia era una jefa muy simpática y organizada. Los eventos que organizamos fueron muy exitosos. Recomiendo esa oportunidad! I did a Marketing and Events internship here for 5 months and I had a good experience. I learnt a lot about the wedding and events industry and I had the opportunity to organize events, call clients, write articles, etc. The team was very kind and helpful. Natalia was a very friendly and organized boss. The events that we organized were very successful. I recommend this opportunity!

En dos años he pasado el camino del practicante que maneja las redes sociales, hasta la organizadora de los eventos que siempre está en contacto con clientes de varias partes del mundo y ayuda a las parejas a cumplir su sueño - tener la boda más bonita en España. Experiencia negativa: Servicio muy decepcionante. Mi pareja les había contactado para una pedida de mano sorpresa, le cobraron 365€ por adelantado y al final terminaron contactando conmigo que era la novia que no debía saber nada... Decidimos continuar con el plan porque estabamos ilusionados solo se les pidió que cambiaran el plan de la sorpresa pero nos dijeron que no se les ocurría nada más. Trajeron una carta que se suponía era la invitación al evento en un sobre escrito a mano con una fotocopia en un folio normal en blanco y negro y la chica que la trajo nos cobró 10€ por la gasolina que había gastado viniendo... Además querian cobrarnos 60€ extras para los paragüas de los fotógrafos en caso de lluvia. Hemos cancelado el servicio y por supuesto dicen que no pueden devolvernos el dinero. En fin, una experiencia nefasta y un timo que no recomiendo a nadie.

Отдельно хочу сказать спасибо директору Наталии Ортиз, за то что была на связи 24/7 и смогла организовать все моменты (а их было не мало) которые мы хотели.
