Experiencia fantástica: I truly loved working with the entire team at Mallorca Love Story. I was amazed by their flexibility and professionalism. They made sure I had the venue of my dreams in Barcelona and picked the perfect vendors without going over budget. They thought of every single thing! They respected the vision I had for my wedding and enhanced it by adding their experienced touch to it. I was particularly happy with Mar who had the best attention to detail. She was so organized and structured which put me at ease with trusting her for my big day. And on the day of, she made sure my husband and I were taken care of as well as my guests. Even my guests were impressed by how involved she was! She walked me through the entire wedding process while planning. She responded super fast and always reassured me when stress was high. And her post-wedding attention is also important to mention because she made sure everything went well even DAYS after the wedding. I don’t think I could have made a better choice to plan my wedding. I truly truly recommend the entire team for any event you have in mind because they are incredibly amazing at what they do Thank you to the entire team for creating such unforgettable memories for me and my loved ones❤️

Experiencia negativa: We would unfortunately not recommend Mallorca Love Story for wedding planning. Our experience was marked by poor communication, forgotten special details, and a lack of effort in sourcing vendors within our budget. Despite the high fees they charge, I felt like I ended up planning most of the wedding myself, a process that was incredibly stressful. Many of the vendors they suggested were either far above our budget or of poor quality, which forced us to spend countless hours searching Instagram and the web to find our own high-quality, affordable options. In the end, almost all of the vendors who made our wedding day perfect were ones we sourced ourselves. Communication was particularly disappointing. We had minimal interaction with Karim, who came across as inexperienced and unhelpful, while Dana’s communication was limited to payment requests. Without Mar, we would likely have cancelled our contract with the company altogether — she was the one person who showed genuine effort and professionalism at times. In fact, we believe she would do far better running her own business in the future. While our wedding day turned out beautifully thanks to the amazing vendors we found and the outstanding service from Sensacions Catering, our positive experience was in spite of Mallorca Love Story, not because of them. We therefore cannot recommend this company.

Experiencia negativa: There were many beautiful moments on our wedding day, and we’re incredibly grateful to Mar, our day-to-day planner from Mallorca Lovestory. She was warm, thoughtful, and highly detail-oriented - a real pleasure to work with, and we would happily recommend her to any couple. However, our overall experience with Mallorca Lovestory as a company was unfortunately impacted by miscommunications and missed expectations at a higher level. The venue, Almond Valley, was misrepresented to us at the outset, leading to significant confusion prior to the event and on the day about access to the full property. This resulted in restricted use of areas we believed we had access to, and ultimately in the removal of our personal belongings without our knowledge - something that caused distress and led to key family members (such as the mother and brother of the bride) missing special moments of the day. We also experienced substantial discrepancies in the budget estimate, and felt that at multiple key points, there was a lack of clear advocacy and support from the company’s leadership, particularly from Karim, the owner. This was a deeply meaningful day for us, and while much of it was beautiful thanks to our fantastic vendors and day-to-day planning team, we left feeling that more care and accountability at the top could have prevented some significant sources of stress.

Dana, Karim und deren Team haben unsere Hochzeit auf Mallorca Anfang Juni 2025 geplant, organisiert und nach unseren Vorstellungen umgesetzt. Die Planung für unser Hochzeitswochenende verlief von Anfang an strukturiert, transparent, verlässlich und durchdacht. Wir konnten den Fortschritt der Planung online nachverfolgen und für spontane Fragen war immer Zeit. Unsere Wünsche und Ideen wurden in jeder Hinsicht berücksichtigt und umgesetzt. In den richtigen Situationen konnten wir uns auf die Erfahrungen des Teams verlassen, ohne unsere Vorstellungen in den Hintergrund rücken zu lassen. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit einem großen Repertoire an professionellen externen Providern konnten wir vom Photobus, über das Catering, der Fotografin und vielem mehr wählen. Die Hochzeit wurde vom Aufbau bis zum Ende der Party begleitet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und hatten eine ganz wunderbare Hochzeit sowie eine unvergessliche Zeit auf Mallorca. Experiencia fantástica: Mar and Johanna were our planners for our special day at Son Marroig. We couldn't give higher praise for the work that they did. Throughout the planning process, there were several occasions where we were stressed about something and Mar would come in and save the day. We had literal nightmares about losing her as our planner. On the day, whenever an issue came up, Mar would calmly handle it, and she made sure we could enjoy our day as much as possible stress-free. Mar was also great at handling all our unusual, last minute requests. She had great advice on how we could incorporate a bit of Chinese wedding culture into our ceremony. Listen to her advice and your day will go great! You're in safe hands.

Experiencia fantástica: „Wir haben am 31.07.22 unsere Hochzeit auf einer traumhaften Finca gefeiert und zur Ausrichtung mit Mallorca Lovestory zusammengearbeitet. Dana und Karim und ihr ganzes Team haben ganz wunderbare Arbeit geleistet und für uns das perfekte Hochzeitsfest zusammengestellt. Das Dienstleister-Netzwerk das Mallorca Lovestory auf der Insel hat ist sensationell, wir haben wir durchweg super Dienstleister über Mallorca Lovestory für unsere Hochzeit gewinnen können. Dana und Karim hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und auch wenn es mal Unklarheiten oder Probleme gab, haben die beiden sehr schnell Lösungen gefunden und sind mehr als die „extra mile“ gegangen um für und mit uns das perfekte Hochzeitsfest zu feiern. Aufgrund von Covid mussten wir unsere Hochzeit um 1 Jahr verschieben. Auch hier waren beide mehr als verständnisvoll und unterstützend. Dana und Karim haben beide so viele Fähigkeiten, dass sie bei kurzfristigen Problemen mit Dienstleistern (z.B. DJ, Gesang, Trauredner, Deko-Expert,...) einspringen können, was für uns im 2022-Corona-Peak ebenfalls sehr beruhigend war. Am Tag der Hochzeit war das Team präsent und unsere Gäste waren jederzeit in den besten Händen, so dass wir uns voll und ganz auf unsere Feier konzentrieren konnten statt uns mit organisatorischen Dingen am Tag der Tage befassen zu müssen. Wir waren und sind vollends begeistert, was Mallorca Lovestory zusammen mit uns hier auf die Beine gestellt hat und können jedem Paar, dass sich auf Mallorca das Jawort geben will, Mallorca Lovestory wärmstens und zu 100% empfehlen. Hier seid ihr nicht nur professionell in guten Händen, sondern auch persönlich und menschlich ist die Betreuung etwas ganz Besonderes und Dana und Karim ist es ein persönliches Anliegen alle Wünsche und Träume für ein ganz besonderes Fest zu ermöglichen.
