Experiencia fantástica: Cannot give Charlotte and her team enough praise! Charlotte came highly recommended to us by a close friend whose wedding she had planned. And I am so grateful I was pointed in her direction. She calmly and wisely guided us for over 1 year before our big day. Emails texts calls, whichever suited us. She brought great ideas that made our day that extra special and yet was always considerate of our budget. Honestly because of Charlotte's professionalism we got to enjoy the run up to the wedding as well as the day itself. On top of her expertise, she is also a sweet and kind, bubbly lady! She is considerate and made sure my dad, whose mobility was lesser than before, felt like a king on the day. Her empathy is something we are so grateful for. Charlotte and her amazing team gave us the wedding of our dreams.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do we start! Everything we could have imagined and more. Our wedding and i quote ‘wedding of the year’ by our guests. Everything was perfect, we didn’t encounter any problems whatsoever. Our wedding planner charlotte, we met 2 years prior to our wedding. As soon as we met her we knew she was the one for us. We didn’t look elsewhere. She kept in contact throughout with video calls, emails and watsapp which was so reassuring when investing so much time and money into our wedding. From viewing venues to food and drink tasting, charlotte made it feel special for us and she was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. We had an idea of what we wanted however her expertise and knowledge made us realise how important a wedding planner was to us. She literally covered everything so our day was seamless. I can hand on heart say this woman made our day stand out to other weddings and memorable not only to us but to our guests. Not only did charlotte plan our wedding, she planned our post wedding party. Again this day ran super smoothly and the location was everything we asked her for. I wish i could do it all again but in slo mo as it just went so quick. But as the saying goes, time flies when your having fun! And fun was had by all. Experiencia negativa: Not very friendly when it comes to answering questions. After getting 3 options showing only the total costs we wanted to have more details on how these costs are broken down. It’s clear that costs cannot be 100% guaranteed and these change based on what we choose but all other agencies where able and happy to provide a cost breakdown estimation upfront. The response here was: we don’t have time to do this. Apparently not interested in new customers if the first call starts 20 minutes late and each question is taken in a uncooperative tone.

Experiencia fantástica: We cannot thank Charlotte and her team enough for helping plan our dream wedding. We knew as soon as we met Charlotte that we wanted her to be our wedding planner, she is very friendly and knowledgable. She listened to what we wanted and knew the venue (Finca Son Togores) very well so she could give us advice and inspiration when needed. Our day was perfect. We loved every minute of it. Our guests have so many lovely things to say. We visited Mallorca to view/book the venue as well as food tasting with Fosh Catering. We would definitely recommend this! Charlotte attended both visits with us which was lovely as we got to know her more. We were in regular contact, via email and zoom calls, which kept our stress levels to a minimum. Charlotte filled us with confidence from the first time we met her and made the process so unbelievably easy and eliminated all stresses. We visited Mallorca a few times, especially to see the venue, and Charlotte was at our beck and call whenever we wanted to revisit Son Togores. The wedding day ran seamlessly and was beautiful at every stage. Charlotte and her team planned it to perfection, with all of our guests being extremely complimentary. Experiencia fantástica: We had the wedding of our dreams at Castillo de Bendinat and it was all because of Charlotte and her amazing team! From beginning to end, Charlotte was there for anything we needed and we felt so supported and cared for in the entire process. Charlotte only works with top class vendors and everyone she recommended ended up being above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t have planned this wedding without her and her expertise! Experiencia fantástica: Everything from start to finish was absolutely incredible… Charlotte spent a lot of time with us while looking at venues and really listened to the vibe that we wanted. Once we had decided on the venue, we were shown a lot of different ideas and the whole process of choosing was made really easy. The day went better than we could have ever imagined. Dinner was incredible.. the food really shined! For us the shrimp and beef were the shining stars and also the mango Thai salad… however everything was incredible. Also a special mention for Raphael who was always on call for anything we needed. Our guests have all reached out to let us know how delicious everything was. The music was perfect… my feet are still sore! The singer was brilliant, really good and funny too, she was recommended to us by Charlotte. The Sax and DJ were fabulous! They really read the audience- everyone has messaged saying the music was brilliant. The photographer and videographer were brilliant too… they listened to everything I asked and directed us well. All the staff who were on your team were great too and everyone kept checking in with us all night. Me and Ricci has the best night ever! It was honestly amazing. Thank you for the whole day, it couldn’t have gone any better! Xx

It was the day we dreamed off! Every decision we had to make Charlotte had options for us based on our ideas and made it so simple for us to make a decision without any stress! I would highly recommend Mallorca Wedding Planners to anyone considering a wedding in Mallorca. When we first flew out to see our venue Charlotte took us all round the island showing us options for hotels and a day 2 party and we really can’t thank her enough for all she did for us that day, it helped us plan how the weekend would look and make decisions that would suit us and our guests! Charlotte took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and worked with our budget to bring our vision to life. The wedding day itself was seamless- the team had everything under complete control and the only thing we had to do was relax and enjoy our special day! Charlotte thought of every single detail, details that our guests were amazed by! We can never thank Charlotte enough for the service she provided. Thank you Charlotte! We wish we could do it all over again!

Experiencia negativa: Sehr unfreundlicher und unprofessioneller Kundenservice. Anfrage gestellt, was man sich vorstellt, die Antwort war kurz und bündig, keine Verfügbare Kapazität an diesem Datum und ihr Budget ist sowieso zu klein. Anscheinend kein Interesse an Neukunden. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen, bei so einem bevorstehenden Vertrauensverhältnis.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldnt believe these 5 star reviews and now know why they are so little of them. I tried to contact for venue prices etc. and literally got the worst customer service and short replies, imagine what they are like if we used them!! All they want to know is how much you have to spend, and without getting ripped off I am obviously not going to tell you how much you should tell ME the venue cost, it shouldn’t be different for each person. We told you our budget was open, therefore you should never assume our budget wouldn’t cover a wedding. Contrary to your response, obviously prices steer a business! you weren’t forced to do anything you simply couldn’t be bothered providing us with any information other than ‘more than 25k’. Treat your ‘clients’ with some intelligence

Experiencia fantástica: My partner and I ultimately decided to marry in our home country but Charlotte was incredibly helpful, informative, responsive and user friendly in helping us navigate the options in beautiful Mallorca. We have no doubt that had we decided to marry in Mallorca, Charlotte's expertise and friendly nature would have been hugely valuable - and essential frankly! - in helping us to organise our day. Experiencia fantástica: We had the most wonderful and memorable day of our lives at Finca Son Mir... all because Charlotte and the team, captured every detail form start to finish. They went above and beyond to help us source a wedding first experience with a beautiful traditional mallorcan horse dancing show and flamenco dancer!! It was stunning and the venue were able to accommodate perfectly. All our guests talk about that day everytime we meet...truly! MARC. FOSH catering provided an exquisite food experience too. They sourced every detail, every decision was made easy with their experience, knowledge and support!! Extreemly. Good value too... Therefore, I would 100% recommend Mallorca Wedding Planners at Magicmed!
