Nikki, Marty and Sheila and the whole team excelled.The whole day was perfect - planned to perfection, we didn't have to worry about a thing, just enjoy ourselves which we absolutely did! Apart from co-ordinating the whole day Sheila decorated the venue (Fort Ingles) with our floral arrangements - we couldn't have been happier she did a beautiful job - such creativity. she was so lovely. The waiting staff were all fantastic, especially Jackie and Karen - nothing was too much trouble, so friendly and kind. A very professional company catering to our every need. The food was delicious. The canapes were exceptional and plentiful. Thank you Simply weddings for making my daughters wedding perfect. I would thoroughly recommend Simply Weddings.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot rate Simply Weddings high enough. They should be 10 stars. What a superb company. My daughter Joanne got married in Spain at the most amazing location, Fort Ingles. The whole wedding was meticulously planned by Nickie and resulted in a perfect day. The welcome drinks, the canapes and fizz followed by the main meal, were all excellent and served by Nickies wonderful staff and Nickie and Sheila were on hand to ensure everything went according to plan. It was a day I will never forget. I absolutely recommend Nickie and Simply Weddings Spain.

Experiencia fantástica: We attended for a friend's wedding and it was amazing! The most beautiful venue set in the most amazing views! The dogs out playing with us were the best bonus for us all too! We’re thinking of booking next year for a family holiday!

My endless odd messages to her (answered with patience, thank you) Having to drag 2 over relaxed people into decisions can't have been easy. The food was sensational. The service was like you didn't know anything was happening. Which is a credit to the seamless nature of their team. The waiting staff were talked about by my guests for days after. So fun and friendly. All the unmarried guests asked for their details. The married ones said it was better than their own wedding. From the beginning, Nikki and Sheila were so organised, helpful and responsive. They were full of brilliant ideas which helped bring our vision to life. Experiencia fantástica: We came to Nikki at Simply Weddings just 6 months before we wanted to get married & wow, what a job they pulled off! They recommended the most beautiful venue that was within our budget which we fell in love with. A shout out to Marina - the owner of Maria Luisa Cortijo who was the loveliest host that went over & beyond to accompany us. We used Nikki for the catering & all of our guests absolutely loved the delicious food! The week of our wedding - bad storms had hit Spain & we were worried that the weather would effect the festivities however Sheila & Nikki were both so professional & made us feel content - reassuring us that everything was under control. We honestly had the best day of our lives & we can’t thank Nikki & Sheila enough for their hard work & patience in helping bring our wedding day together so magically. Anything we requested was never too much for the ladies to sort out - from a white moped bike to a Mariachi band to a last minute marquee/ awning incase the weather took a turn. I would highly recommended the two ladies for anyone who is planning to get married along the Costa del Sol!

From start to finish, Nikki demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our celebration was perfectly executed. Nikki took care of everything, allowing us to fully enjoy our special days without a worry. Special thanks to the chefs: the food was outstanding, with our guests raving about each dish. It was clear that a lot of thought went into the menu, making it not only delicious but memorable. What truly stood out was Nikki's ability to create an atmosphere filled with joy and love. Every moment was beautifully orchestrated, leaving us with memories we will cherish for a lifetime. We can't recommend Nikki and her team highly enough for anyone looking to make their wedding dreams come true! Experiencia fantástica: We found Nikki online when looking for a caterer for our wedding in Marbella, but what we didn’t realise is that what she was goinb to do for us was so much more! We decided not to have a wedding planner so at first I was a bit nervous how it was goinb to all come together without a middle person, but Nikki reassured me throughout it was all goinb to be great. She was so responsive to all of my questions and really put me at ease. We first had a taster day and flew over to Marbella for this and Nikki cooked for myself and 4 others at the venue and I have got to say we was blown away by the standard of food. We opted for a complete package where Nikki supplied all of our food and drink, included canapés, a bbq served to our guests, and then our midnight snack and it was all perfect- we had lots of compliments from our guests on the food. Nikki didn’t just supply the food but all of the tables, chairs, cutlery plates ect and when we saw it all set up it , it really was amazing what her and her team created. I honestly can’t thank Nikki enough for helping me plan my day, serving us throughout and for also being a mini wedding planner and helping me every step of the way. You really did play one of the biggest parts of our special day! We would highly recommend her to anyone in Marbella if they want not just amazing food, but the whole package ❤️ Massive thanks again x x

Experiencia fantástica: Nikkie and her team really pulled some magic during our wedding weekend with 70 people in Malaga. BBQ, paella, breakfast, drinks.. it was all wonderful and well taken care of and the service was great. She also helped us out with the lightning and table decoration. Nikkie is really easy going, kind and well organised. A pleasure to work with. Couldn’t thank her enough and would really recommend Nikkie if you are looking for a caterer in this area

Experiencia positiva: Nikki provided catering service during our Spanish wedding and arranged everything via our B&B hostess so we didn’t have any worries. The food was delicious and even though the electricity failed and the oven didn’t work she made sure we had a good diner! Fair pricing, food prepared with attention:)
