Additionally, if you're getting married at Son Marroig, she knows that place inside and out, including all of the vendors the venue works with. She can point out the pros and cons of different approaches and knows the strengths and weaknesses of each vendor. That expertise really made our day seamlessly special. Experiencia fantástica: MC events planned our 3 day Indian wedding at Son Doblons, as we live in UK communication was important and we were constantly in contact throughout the whole process. Marian and Victoria were incredible and so well organised, we started the wedding planning process 1 year before and we had a trip to see potential venues. This was super informative as we managed to see lots of places before deciding on son doblons to host all three events. We had a pre wedding party (mehndi) which was very well organised and well Co-ordinated as there were a lot of different parts. The wedding day was beautiful and so well organised as again we had so much going on. The team were very good at keeping us informed if there were any changes and made sure to ask if they were unsure about anything. We felt at ease on the wedding day and everything ran so smoothly. The final day was a pool party which was stunning and a great send off for our guests. Thank you again to Victoria for helping us so much with the wedding and countless zoom calls! Marian thank you for guiding us from start to finish and making us feel so calm on the event days, You really made our dreams come true! Unforgettable memories for us and all the guests!

Experiencia negativa: Please be careful if you are thinking about booking with MC Planners. We had an extremely stressful 8 months planning our wedding with pretty much everything going wrong that could have: - Our first wedding planner Joana was fired. We originally signed with her and wanted her to plan our wedding. - No communication for 3 weeks after she was fired from anyone to inform us what was going on. - Food tasting not booked - flights on that trip wasted and when we asked to be reimbursed for the flights they said it wasn't their fault. - Band they had promised was booked wasn’t and we lost them after being told it was confirmed and us pushing and pushing to pay a deposit to secure them. The lack of communication again here was shocking. - Normally no communication for over a week, with many messages being sent from us. Then when they did reply only a few questions would be answered. - Every invoice was more than was originally stated, most of them were wrong. Luckily we realised this and started checking every invoice. - All the stuff we picked for our table setting which we were told was included wasn’t included and then we had to change it all without seeing the final look - We asked many time for certain things which were never sorted so we ended up doing them ourselves. - The song we asked for to be played at our ceremony after we kissed was a very specific song. Our planner sent us another version but we asked to stick with the original. SHE STILL PLAYED THE VERSION SHE WANTED! No trust in them, the whole thing was extremely stressful, not professional and when we spent so much on a wedding we felt completely screwed over. You think if you spend more it will be less stressful as they will take care of you better, this was not the case at all.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a fantastic experience working with MC Event Planner and highly recommend them!! We live in the US and were considering having a destination wedding in Mallorca, and we were quickly overwhelmed when we started looking for venues and providers by ourselves. We reached out to MC Event Planner and had an initial call with Filipa - she was extremely helpful and we quickly booked MC to plan our wedding. Filipa continued to help us through the venue selection process and we had such a great experience working with her! We had the opportunity to work with Maria as our primary wedding planner after picking the venue. She was amazing to work with and did a great job of responding quickly to our many questions throughout the process. When we traveled to Mallorca 6 months prior to our wedding, we were able to meet Maria in person and we had such a fun time working with her! She was also fantastic during the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day itself. We cannot recommend Maria enough - thank you for everything! Anyone that gets the chance to work with her is very lucky! We also had the opportunity to work with Victoria at the later stage of the planning process, and she was fantastic as well! The entire MC team is wonderful to work with - thank you for helping us plan a day we will never forget!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing wedding planner. Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, everything was beautifully organized and even more so carried out on the day of the event. Marian had assigned Vanesa to do the communication with us and the providers. Vanesa is very punctual, thinks of everything and is beyond friendly. They gave me good suggestions for all the vendors and at good prices. My friends kept telling me how I was the most relaxed bride ever, and it was just because I was in good hands. Experiencia positiva: We had to book the company (Nakar) as a wedding planner because they work together with Son Marroig. If you want another wedding planner, you pay twice. Unfortunately, several things didn't go well. During our planning phase, our wedding planner changed four times. In some cases we were not properly informed about the services and were not given any information about the change. We had different expectations of a wedding planning company. For example, a wedding budget was never created or discussed together with us. However, 5 stars go just to Maria S. She was luckily our last wedding planner and did a very very good job so we could enjoy our wedding day. Thanks for everything Maria!

After many delays due to Covid we celebrated our special day surrounded by our family and friends in the beautiful Son Marroig. Every detail was exactly how we envisioned. The level of profesionalism and expertise was fantastic. All our suppliers were incredible, from Miguel the photographer, Helena with design and decoration, the food the music and ofcourse Soul Weddings who captured the day so beautifully. We had a bit of a slow start to our wedding planning journey due to some venue issues but as soon as they were ironed out Joana made the process super easy. We married in September 2022 in Son Morroig and the MC team on the day were excellent providing professional support and guidance throughout, making our day so special. Maia and Marian were our main points of contact all through the planning process and were both very friendly and accommodating for all of our wedding wishes. Experiencia fantástica: THE MOST PERFECT DAY! After 2 years planning our dream wedding at Son Marroig, we owe our perfect day to Marian and her team. From the beginning we had a clear vision and she brought our dream to life. The planning and design process was so easy. We had a few communication programs (dropbox, quire, WhatsApp) that were so easy to use and keep all of our paperwork and budget together while planning the wedding from the US. We were fortunate enough to visit Mallorca the year before our big day and Marian and her team planned majority of our vendor visits so we could relax and enjoy our time with them. Marian and her team suggested the most incredible vendors. We were especially grateful to work with Miguel Arranz- an incredible photographer who is familiar with Son Marroig, Fosh Catering- who provided us the most delicious food and beverage options, Helena at Enesencia Decora- who quite literally brought our Pinterest boards to life, and lo.Music- one of our top priorities- they really delivered the perfect live music (especially a live Saxophone player- our guests are still raving about). On the days leading up to the wedding, Marian and Ana were so accommodating and kind to any little changes that had to be made. On the day of the wedding, I felt so at ease. Marian was so calm and the experience was extremely peaceful so we could focus on our bridal parties, family, and, of course, each other. Marian had a very clear understanding of everything going on and was so organized, we really felt like nothing went wrong. Ana was the sweetest ever, she was always checking on us and our parents to make sure they had everything they needed. By the end of it, we felt so close to our team.

Experiencia negativa: There were many issues before and during our event caused by a lack of communication, planning and execution. When I raised these issues, there were many excuses and attempts to shift the blame. It was impossible to contact the company in the days leading to our event and all of the issues could have been resolved. Therefore, irrespective of who they choose the blame, the ultimate fault is with them.

Experiencia fantástica: We couldn't recommend MC Event Planner's highly enough - we quite literally couldn't have achieved our dream wedding without Maia. We're British, but were living in Canada, and with Covid, meant that organising a wedding in Mallorca was a logistics nightmare but Maia made it work. She suggested some fantastic people to work with, but was never pushy when we chose to go another way. Maia entirely understood the vision we were working towards and made it happen. On top of all that, she was fantastic on the day, making sure everything ran smoothly even when the (inevitable) small issues occurred. If you want your dream wedding book Maia (& MC Planners!)

Experiencia negativa: Terrible event planners. I worked with them for two years through the covid postponements before I had to make the decision to fire them for complete lack of contact, lack of planning, lack of communication between us and our vendors. Asking for endless amounts of money and working for their suppliers and not for us. Also, for pushing us to use certain people and no flexibility with choices. The photographer they strongly push you to use is actually her husband. We are from the U.K. and found it very difficult to communicate and for them to have an understanding of our wants and needs was way off. Really unprofessional and I would not recommend using them at all!

Experiencia negativa: One advice: do not work with MC Event Planner. Our wedding planner changed twice without informing us. It is only after complaining of the lack of progress that we were informed both times. In the end we stopped working with them as literally nothing was booked thanks to them (we looked for the venue ourselves, caterer, DJ, makeup, decorator). The owner Marian refused to pay us back saying that the service was provided, which is an absolute lie. For an event like this, you want to work with honest and reliable people, and we did not feel that way at all with MC Event Planner.

From the first Skype call we automatically knew this is exactly what we needed to help organize our destination wedding. Her energy and endearing personality really stood out to us. The tools that they use also make it very easy to make decisions, discuss alternatives, and even make payments. We really trusted her and Elisabet in absolutely everything and have 0 regrets. She worked for our wedding location (Hotel Sa Torre) and really did a fantastic job. She is well organized, highly reliable, always available, calm and very qualified. No es que sea únicamente profesional, además me ha hecho sentir que realmente se preocupaba por mi boda como si fuera una amiga y no como alguien que lo realiza únicamente como trabajo del que se olvida cuando llega a casa. Venue: they were able to secure Son Marroig for us - a wedding venue that is very hard to book! 2. Communication: all were prompt and questions were answered right away. 3. Suppliers: knew a lot of contacts and were able to provide quality suppliers. They even negotiated some of them on our behalf. Most importantly, you can clearly see that they have empathy.
