Experiencia fantástica: I went to a wedding in Costa Brava that was planned by the Barcelona Wedding team (especially Sonia) and it was without a doubt the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to. Not only was the wedding incredible, but my fiance even left her phone in one of the buses used to transport guests to the venue, and Sonia was able to get in contact with the bus company and get the phone shipped all the way back to our hotel before hopping on our flight back home. Her willingness to go above and beyond was highly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Sonia and her team are, simply put, world class event planners. During the 15 months of planning, my now husband and I unexpectedly moved from San Francisco to Copenhagen. You can imagine how incredibly tumultuous our lives were during this period. Wedding planning was often not at the top of our list of priorities. Sonia went out of her way countless times to ensure that even through these unexpected challenges, the wedding was perfect and the bulk of all details/decisions/deadlines fell to her, rather than to me. The wedding events themselves were beyond description. We had a three day event at three different locations. Flowers were my top priority, with three distinct floral designs matching the venue and theme of each event. Our rehearsal dinner was at the Ruins in L'Escala, our wedding at Cortal Gran, and the post-wedding brunch on the beach. Each event was a wedding in itself, each would have required my full attention. Every single detail was impeccable, absolutely nothing went wrong at all at any point. Our friends and family were stunned, as were we. It was beyond our wildest imagination. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I had THE MOST AMAZING wedding in Barcelona in June 2015 and it was all down to Sonia at Barcelona Wedding’s impeccable taste, insight and ability to juggle one thousand to-dos at the same time. I’m surprised and saddened to see the bad review below because this is a very unfair representation of Barcelona Wedding and all the wonderful things they are capable of. We were planning the wedding from London which wasn’t easy but after just one meeting with Sonia we knew we’d found the right person (the only person) to deliver the day we wanted, and well within budget. Planning a dream wedding, and especially one abroad, requires a certain amount of flexibility from the happy couple and reliance on someone who knows better, and Sonia is the safest pair of hands you could ask for. She is one of the warmest and friendliest people I’ve ever met and no task is too big or small for her; both are qualities which make a working relationship very easy. Almost 4yrs on and we’re still in touch because I’m glad to now call Sonia a friend.
