Experiencia fantástica: We had the most beautiful and special day and it would not have been possible without Betsaida. For the year of planning everything was so great and organized, she answered every question we had with so much detail, and helped guide us, but more than that she made the day of our wedding go so smoothly, we didn’t feel even an ounce of stress from everything happening around us with weather changes and buses delays and everything else. I never thought I wanted a big wedding but it was truly more than I could have ever imagined, I want to cry just thinking about it! To top it off, all of our friends and family said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and the best wedding they’ve ever been to!! When they said that I told them in all honestly that it was because we had the most amazing planner - because I really feel that their comments are a testament to how seamless everything was and how the guests felt well taken care of by Betsaida and everyone on the property. So thank you Betsaida for making everything so perfect and being the best planner we could’ve asked for to anyone reading this and considering utilizing your services - DO IT! it will be the single best decision you make for your special day

Not only was she extremely hard working and meticulous, but she understood the creative vision we had in mind for our wedding right from the start. The relationships she has with her local vendors are unparalleled. Every single vendor she suggested for our big day was prompt, extremely kind, and did a wonderful job. It was important to us to stay on budget and Betsaida was extremely respectful of that, making suggestions on ways that we could make smart choices to stay on track while still upholding the vision for the wedding. The running of the “day of” was extremely smooth. I know people tell you to “expect something to go wrong” but it was a perfect day with no bumps in the road. Guests of the wedding still remark to us what a fantastic event it was and that it all flowed perfectly. Betsaida was cool as a cucumber the entire time and never seemed stressed- we don’t know how she does it! If we had to do it all over again we wouldn’t change a thing!

Experiencia fantástica: Betsaida planned our July 2023 Wedding weekend in Sitges, Barcelona, Spain. We had a 3 day wedding with 100 international guests and it couldn't have been more perfect. The majority of our guests came to us after the wedding and said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We have been told that we ruined weddings moving forward because nothing will compare to our wedding. Betsaida made that happen for us and we couldn't be more appreciative. I have planned annual fundraising events for 100+ people for the past 10 years in NYC. I am obsessed with logistics and had high expectations for the execution of our wedding. Going into the planning of our wedding, I thought that I would be managing our wedding planner. We had the exact opposite experience with Betsaida. She had relationships with all the vendors, brought us 4 or 5 vendors for each task and gave us her pros and cons of working with them. She helped us negotiate all of our contracts to our liking and helped us get creative when needed. She updated the budget regularly and because we are on NYC time she consistently made herself available via whatsapp or zoom calls when needed. She helped us build upon our vision, did site visits when we couldnt and absolutely nailed the flowers and décor. On the wedding weekend, she was there every step of the way to ensure perfect execution. If you are fortunate enough to have met Betsaida, I highly recommend working with her. You wont be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Choosing to work with Betsaida was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. From the first call with Betsaida we were completely impressed by her professionalism, creativity, experience and knowledge and knew she was the right planner for us. At every stage of the planning process Betsaida listened carefully to our initial vision for each part of the wedding and took every idea and detail to the next level. She was then able to recommend and secure us the most incredible suppliers to bring everything to life in the most magical way. We chose her full wedding planning service and we couldn’t recommend this option enough! As we are not based in Spain and we were working with a very tight timeframe (only 6 months), it was important to us to have someone who had great local knowledge and who could help us find the perfect venue and the best suppliers in a short space of time. For every aspect of the wedding, the choice and quality of vendors that Betsaida presented us with was impeccable. Her suggested supplier lists were curated to match our needs and to fit the overall vision but varied enough to give us a choice of price ranges and to express our own personality. We were particularly impressed by the venue recommendations that Betsaida prepared for us. She shared with us a fully personalized, in-depth venue proposal that reviewed nine different venues on key criteria and included her own professional recommendations. We visited our 5 shortlisted venues with Betsaida in person and it was great to see her in action carefully imagining how she would style and use the space. Nothing went unnoticed and she wasn’t shy to confirm with each venue how much flexibility they could give us to bring in rentals, hang decorations or move furniture out of the way. The final venue we chose was exactly what we had been looking for and Betsaida was able to take it to the next level and transformed the venue into the most spectacular, special and unique space for us. For the wedding design, we started our wedding journey with a clear vision of how we wanted our wedding to look and feel so we created a Pinterest board and shared it with Betsaida. Using our board she was able to pick out key details that she incorporated into her design proposals. She presented us with a full wedding design proposal with multiple options for us to choose from. Then, she used our feedback to create a final design proposal that brought together all the little details into a single perfect look. Betsaida really listened to us and understood our ideas for our wedding and was able to enhance them whilst never losing our original vision and personality. We couldn't have dreamt of better styling and design for the wedding. On the day of the wedding Betsaida provided us with all the calm and organization we could have wished for. Throughout the day she was working super hard in the background to ensure that everything looked perfect and ran to time and thanks to her we felt free to relax and enjoy our day. We truly felt like we were in safe hands at every stage of the process. Betsaida was friendly, professional and kind and it felt fun and easy to work with her. We also appreciated how she was always up front and candid with us managing our expectations well across all topics from costs to practicalities. Her organization was impeccable - between thorough Trello boards, budgeting and cost spreadsheets, Whatsapp and a few Zoom calls everything was organized so smoothly, nothing was unclear at any point in time. Betsaida was also helpful and proactive and ensured that no small detail was missed. Overall we feel incredibly lucky that we were able to work with Betsaida to plan our wedding! It was a privilege to have someone so talented planning our wedding and making the whole experience truly special and magical. You brought all our wedding dreams to life and then made them even more amazing! Thank you so much for all of the happiness and incredible memories.

Experiencia fantástica: Being overseas, we wanted a wedding planner based in Catalonia who knew the language and the best local suppliers, so we went with The Experialist. We booked the original wedding date in June 2020 but didn’t have our wedding until May 2022, which was our 3rd date change due to lockdowns and restrictions. Betsaida is very professional and helped us with the changes and communication with the suppliers during the pandemic. Experiencia fantástica: I still get goosebumps just thinking about our wedding and the whole process while working with Betsaida. She understood my vision to the point from the first conversation we had. I must add that both me and my husband`s schedule was pretty full during our planning and we were often back and forth on decisions. Betsaida was the perfect project manager and she followed up even the smallest detail to make sure we got everything we needed. We addressed early on that our budget was important to us, and she went far and beyond with what we had. She is extremely professional and has amazing contacts and ideas. The food, the drinks, the flowers, the location and my glam squad! <3 It is a bit complicated when you plan your wedding in a different country where things is done differently from what you are used to, but it truly pays off to choose a professional partner as Betsaida is. The easiest way to put it; She NAILED it! I would hire her again and again, but hopefully this will be our only wedding ;-)

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Betsaida for over a year to plan our dream wedding in our favorite city Barcelona . She was always a consummate professional, responsive and detail-oriented and had so many great ideas for the wedding. She went above and beyond during our multiple visits to pick out a site, vendors, photographer, and plan the million details of a wedding. We ended up eloping near home due to COVID, however if we can do it all over again we would pick Betsaida in a heartbeat.

We both didn’t have much time to plan the event plus we are based in London so it was crucial we had someone on the ground with in depth knowledge of venues/suppliers and a solid network of people in the wedding industry. Right after the first conversation with Betsaida we felt we are in good hands. She is an incredibly great listener. Get ready to reply to a lot of questions, but once Betsaida gets to know you better and has an understanding about what it is you are looking for, her recommendations and suggestions are all spot on! We simply hadn’t had a situation when we didn’t like something she offered. It was more about selecting the best out of all good options. On top of that, Betsaida is a super star at planning, meeting deadlines and making sure you have nothing to worry about.
