Experiencia fantástica: We decided very spontaneously at the end of December to get married in May. At first, we had rented a villa – but just 7 weeks before the wedding it was sold. For any couple this would have been a nightmare, but Edyta and Alexandra from Bliss Ibiza Weddings immediately reorganized everything and even found us a beautiful new venue. We were initially concerned with how we’d manage the wedding as we live in Australia but from our first consultation several months prior to meeting Edyta on the island we knew we had made the right choice in engaging Bliss after comparative consultations with other planners. Edyta managed the villa scouting for a shortlist of villas we wanted to view but then she surprised us with a “wildcard” which blew us away. We knew the villa (a restored and modernised original Ibizan finca set in the hills on the east side of the island) was the perfect venue and location. Edyta managed to secure the villa quickly amongst some competition which we were extremely grateful for. The Bliss team have experience creating events in Ibiza and have a solid and reliable network of creative partners and suppliers which we loved. The team sent us recommended supplier options for each element of the event as with villa events, everything is created from a blank canvas). They listened to our wants and needs and presented us with options that reflected exactly what we had envisioned. Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming, often it's hard to know where to start. Bliss had great connections across the island with multiple vendors that they shared with us, this helped with a starting point and they then narrowed in based upon our requests. They helped bring our dream wedding to life and made sure we did not experience any stress when doing so. Their communication was second to none, always keeping in touch with us via email, WhatsApp and video call to make sure we were happy with everything they were doing. They were organised, respectful, attentive and most of all personable. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I are Brazilian and we love Spain. We started dating in Ibiza and that's why we chose this island for our wedding! We started researching suppliers and through several posts of beautiful weddings on Instagram, we reached Edyta from Bliss Ibiza Wedding Planner. We scheduled a meeting and we really liked at first sight, Edyta was friendly and explained us very well about the service options and how the whole organization of a wedding in Ibiza works. We opted for the full planning service package, from beginning to end, because in addition to not being in person for the planning, we wanted to do a destination wedding with a 5-day schedule for our guests. Soon we created a WhatsApp group and started meetings to go into details. After listening to our wishes and what we expected for the destination wedding, Edyta absorbed the whole idea and first sent us some options for wedding venues in line with our mood and expectations, after choosing the location, we proceeded to the other details of the wedding and then with the other events! She sent us many vendor options to choose the one that best combined to our style! Our preparation started in August 2022 and the wedding was in early June 2023, so we had a comfortable time to make decisions calmly, research, discuss every detail and negotiate values ​​as it is a significant thing and Edyta helped us a lot so that Everything was within our budget! All the meetings were enlightening, calm and she transmitted security to us at all times, especially as we were far away, in another country with different schedules and routines. We did a complete program with a welcome dinner, wedding day, hangover day, a day with a boat trip and ended with a night at DC10. After speaking with multiple wedding planners on the island about my proposal, I started discussing details with Edyta. She was professional, courteous, responsive, and thorough. She sent me many images of potential options for my proposal, and I worked with her to recreate a variation of one of her former setups. Edyta told me the price list, which incorporated the high cost of importing flowers to Ibiza, but she worked with me to reduce to the price to a more manageable amount. On the day of the proposal, Edyta was very communicative, she kept in touch by WhatsApp and informed me of the status and timing of the setup. During the proposal, Edyta and her team (photographer, guitar player, florist) made sure that the proposal was perfect. My fiance was so happy she cried. Later, all of our friends complimented us on the flowers and the candles. 5 stars!
