Experiencia fantástica: We chose Malaga Weddings (Esteffi, Kajsa, and Angel) for our 3-day wedding experience in a beautiful olive grove, Fresnada Maria, just north of Malaga in September of 2024. We are an American couple, and doing a wedding is already stressful enough, let alone a wedding half-way across the world! Esteffi and her team made everything so easy for us. They had everything organized, every detail planned out. Our preparation meetings were very well planned, having my wife and I think about every detail to ensure nothing was missed. (The spreadsheets and folder organization were ) Malaga Weddings worked hard to get us great deals, set us up with vendors who know what they are doing, and gave us a wedding that we could not forget (or our guests)! No wedding goes 100% perfectly, and it is all about how you handle the turns in the road. We had some wedding day issues, but Malaga Weddings are pros and was able to sort it out for us to make sure our day went by without us noticing anything. If you are wanting to have a wedding in Malaga, and not have to worry about anything other than showing up to a beautiful, well thought out, choreographed day, then Esteffi and her amazing team at Malaga Weddings will do just that!

Experiencia fantástica: I wholeheartedly would recommend booking Malaga Weddings. So if you're even considering it, just do it. Esteffi and Kajsa are absolute joys to work with and can work absolute magic for your wedding - and most importantly - they LISTEN to the couple, work to understand your vision and also can come with suggestions and thoughts. They are incredibly professional and meticulously organised. They remember everything during the calls, come very well prepared during your tasting (which is needed after all the drinks!) and take photos so that you don't forget the details. Their communication is also faultless. All of their hard work meant that we could have a completely stress-free wedding. They're both incredibly forward-thinking and open to ideas and make things happen, even if it doesn't seem possible at first eg. we wanted to incorporate Chinese lanterns into our fairy lights at the venue which initially was said to be not possible, but Esteffi managed to negotiate and make this happen and it made the extra WOW factor. My husband and I are from the UK, but come from Chinese and Tamil Hindu backgrounds and we were having a wedding in Malaga... what a clash of cultures. But Esteffi, Kajsa and their team of all insanely talented suppliers made it all work together beautifully and it was SUCH A PARTY and great fun. They also took the time to research and understand both our cultures and were very open to suggestions. They honestly created our dream wedding and help to keep you on track and each one of their suppliers are just amazing to work with. They can help come up with ideas, make suggestions based off their years of experience and you will be in very safe hands. So hardworking, talented and thoughtful. All I can say is THANK YOU. Experiencia fantástica: Malaga Weddings was our amazing choice of planners for our overseas wedding in Spain! Not only were they super affordable, but their quality of work is unmatched. From finding us the best suppliers, staying within our proposed budget, and ensuring only the best organisation - Malaga Weddings offered us this and more. We were so lucky to have Angel as our wedding planner. He worked closely with us for most of our experience and he was honestly not just our wedding planner - but he became a friend. He was so professional and genuinely only cared about our interests. He made sure the food at our wedding was amazing, he even booked a second taster meal when we all had doubts about the vegan menu we had tried. We couldn't be there since it was overseas, but he ensured it was going to be good and it turned out amazing! Unfortunately Angel quit before our special day and we got to see him a few days before the wedding. He reassured us and so we put our trust in Esteffi to do the rest of our planning and to run the day for us. Esteffi was also so supportive and lovely and ensured our wedding was a success. We wouldn't have had the best wedding of our lives without both Angel and Esteffi. The only issue we had on the day was the sound system for speeches (microphone) didn't work, however they refunded us and were sorry on the day. I do think the DJ also wasn't the most professional or experienced and kept playing random club music during our after party but that was more of the venues fault not our wedding planners. I highly recommend them :)

Experiencia fantástica: Myself and my husband had the pleasure to plan our wedding in Spain with the help of Esteffi and Malaga Weddings. From the initial contact via video call in 2021, right up to the day of the wedding in August 2023, I couldn't fault a thing. Esteffi was amazing. The whole process from venue visits, menu tasting, budgeting, organising suppliers and more, was just made as easy it it could be for us. We are a family with 3 small kids who we wanted to be part of our special day and even babysitters weren't a problem to sort for us. En el momento de empezar a organizar una boda todas pensamos que podremos con todo y al final si tu vida no se dedica exclusivamente a la organización de la boda os aseguro (por lo menos en mi experiencia) se hace cuesta arriba juntando el trabajo y obligaciones personales además de que no vivimos físicamente en Málaga. Por nuestra parte ha sido todo un acierto contar con el apoyo de Angel en todo momento y nos dio mucha tranquilidad, hay muchos detalles de los que el estaba pendiente, nos hacía recordatorios y nos guiaba en nuestros diferentes meetings, hemos tenido muy en cuenta sus consejos. Experiencia fantástica: We found Esteffi by luck online back in 2018 for our planned wedding in 2020 but that didn't work out so we had to postpone 3 times to 2023. In all this process she has been the absolute best wedding planner there is, you see that she loves her job and will work hard to get your dream wedding a reality, I can't recommend her enough. We definitely hired a wedding planner and ended up with a friend. She was with us through the whole process and even recommended things that we didn't think about, she plans to the detail and tries her hardest to get the best deals for the couple. We will definitely miss planning with Esteffi ❤

Experiencia fantástica: Where to begin. Malaga weddings were the most amazing wedding planners. They made us feel so secure and confident for our wedding day, well weekend. Everything they helped organise was just perfect. Angel (by name and nature) was our lead planner and he was just fantastic, no job was too big or too small, our tables looked gorgeous - set up by him, toilet baskets were a great hit, everything was just fab. He knew and coordinated all our suppliers so there was a great flow. We had regular meetings and he was so in control of our day we felt completely safe. A wedding planner is a must in our eyes as it keeps the planning and the running of the day smooth and the bride and groom mainly stress free. Can't recommend Malaga weddings enough. Planning a destination wedding in less than a year seemed impossible, but Malaga Weddings achieved this for us and far-surpassed our expectations! From our first intro call to after we said, “I Do!”, Esteffi made sure every detail was considered and perfected and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress knowing it was getting done. Perfect location, magical florists, THE BEST videographer team, and catering our family & friends still talk about- only made possible because of Esteffi’s network and experience in her field. I can’t thank Esteffi, Angel, and the whole Malaga Weddings Team enough for turning our New Years Eve Wedding into the fairytale I always wanted! Muchas, Muchas Gracias!

Experiencia negativa: First meeting with Esteffi and Angel was lovely they sell you very well the concept and we were very excited and willing to work them.... However... when looking at the contract and the fees they charged and also, about the services they provide in the detail .... It was full of additional "potential charges" outside of a very limited scope.... They charged you 2 euros per km if they exceeded 250km to show you the locations, they charged you 120 euros extra per meeting if you asked for more than 5 meetings in a year with the wedding planner.... (Do you really believe that in one year you will only meet 5 times with your wedding planner?). Also in case of force majeure cancellation of the wedding (disaster, pandemic) they ask you for additional 600 euros for replanning the wedding but two lines before on the contract they tell that you are exempt of any responsiblity. So I thought that the most appropriate thing to do in this case is to ASK before.... and explain our concerns: 1a) Nos gustaría que se garantizase que no se nos va a cobrar más por visitar los sitios teniendo en cuenta que iremos desde Madrid ya para hacer las visitas y que esto también conlleva un coste para nosotros. 1b) Entendemos que queda un ano para la organización del evento y sinceramente 5 sesiones solo por Zoom, nos parecen un poco escasas teniendo en cuenta que estamos en Marzo de 2023. 10) Si la boda se cancelase por fuerza mayor, no entiendo porque tendríamos que pagar más cuando en el apartado anterior se dice claramente que estaríamos exentos de cualquier responsabilidad. Creo que este cargo no debería de incluirse. 14) Necesitaríamos saber con cuantas personas tendríamos que contar aproximadamente en total para tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de preparar la lista de invitados. Cuantos menos sería lo mejor. When I raised my concerns to Esteffi and asked her to clarify some points on the contract, she automatically send me an email telling that they did not want to work with us and cancel the contract signature (I have to clarify here that I already told to Esteffi that they were our preferred option and I cancelled other wedding planners). In order to clarify the misunderstanding my boyfriend Andy called Esteffi and explained her that we trust them but we just needed a clarification on a few points of the contract. She told us she will reply to us with clarification. The day after, Esteffi send a message without any explanation and just cancelled the contract. Now we are looking for a new wedding planner but I would never recommend to work with people who does not clarify the points of their contract and even worse, they use it as an offense for not working with you. I am so sorry for Angel, he looked a great guy to work with for our wedding. Also, please take a look to the reviews here because they are mostly foreigners... I understand it is easier for them to work with foreign people who may not pay that much attention to this "extra" charges. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO WORK WITH THIS PEOPLE

As a wedding photographer I always feel comfortable accepting a job from Malaga weddings. Not only because they always create stunning settings for a wedding, but I also know that when they are on the job, everything is organised down to the smallest detail. And if something goes wrong, they are there to fix it straight away. They are always there from the beginning to the end to make sure that everything runs smoothly. It is clear to me that they provide a level of personal and professional service that is above what can be expected from any bride and groom. Planning a wedding can be stressful and there are a lot of things to think about. Esteffi and her team were there to take care of everything – from small things that are easy to forget (like placing and lighting candles, sound checks etc) to more important or even unexpected challenges. Malaga Weddings really thought of everything to ensure that we could have a relaxed and stress-free day, which every couple should be able to enjoy! Many coordinators only step in on the day of / a few days before, but with Malaga Weddings, the coordination service lets you take a step back the whole month before the wedding.
